The whole finance process was easy from start to finish, and Carmoola was very effective with communication during the actual purchasing stage when I was at the dealer, and there were a few small issues with what I’ve submitted. Overall great experience if the rates work for your circumstances, doing everything on the app and having a customer support team to fall back on in case of any issues. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

Carmoola are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and can always answer all my questions. They don't keep you waiting, the response time is almost instant. Cannot fault them and I dont think I would ever use another company for car finance! The app is so easy to use and laid out so well. I promise you will never go to a car dealership for finance again! Absolutely spot on. My credit rating isn't the best and honestly the whole process was easier than I ever thought possible. I walked into the dealership and walked out with two mins of paperwork and a car! I was unsure Id done it correctly as it was so easy and customer support was perfect at reassuring me every 5 minutes. It literally was as easy as being accepted, walking into the dealership and having the money sent to the dealership via a button on the app, then walking away with my car 20 mins later.
