Never answer the phone.

Never answer the phone. Opaque application experience. Despite a previous faultless payment of a loan followed by a six month hiatus I was declined without decent explanation. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026

They were there when I needed them

I initially applied for a loan for an unexpected repair bill, it’s extremely easy to apply, with cashfloat everything is done in your online account, and payment is usually received within a couple of hours. The customer service team are brilliant as well nothings to much trouble for them, they explain the terms and repayments clearly, you get a reminder when your payment is due and you can repay early without any penalties, they were there when I need them.
