Personable and efficient

I was supported immediately and guided towards the right product for me. Straight away I was directed to wider support alongside just financial support and provided with relevant logins. My direct debit has been consistent and I’ve had no issues at all. The customer service team have answered all queries immediately and explained them in a manner that was easy to understand. Helpful and Support Staff

I applied for a consolidation loan and as part of the process a member of the CU called to discuss. The call was helpful and informative and the agreement was put into layman's terms; clear and easy to understand. When I had a follow up question I used the app messenger and got an instant response. I will continue to utilise CU for loans in the future. The staff are polite, the platform (app) is easy to use and the interest rate is far better than other loan providers. A well oiled machine
