Credit union excellent

I joined this credit union few years back when I needed household items i couldn't afford i didn't qualify anywhere else for a loan and was loosing hope. The credit union helped me out i dont need to worry bout repayments as they come straight from money before I get it. I have had 2 loans now from credit union and both were really easy to apply for and receive. The staff are lovely , very efficient and always happy to help . They make the loan process so simple and quick. There's no lengthy paperwork to go through or bore you with, they wont make you jump through hoops to get it ! The fact that it is paid through my child benefit means I don't have to worry about forgetting to pay it either! It's just a great service that I'd be lost without and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a loan! Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

Been with the credit union for a few years now and always had an excellent experience with them,my credit rating is terrible but they have still helped me out with loans when iv needed them. I had a problem with my carers allowance at one point and couldn't Make a payment for around 6 weeks but they were completely understanding and let me take a payment break and just carry on paying when it was sorted out,they are always very helpful as well whenever iv rang up with a question about my account.
