I’ve had a great experience with this credit union. They have been very helpful throughout the loan process and made everything simple and stress-free. The customer service is excellent, and the staff always keeps you informed about where your loan is in the process. They are friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions. Amazing staff. Very polite didn’t rush phone calls or anything and made sure I understand everything that was being said and confirmed with me even though I signed documents they made sure I knew what I was paying back and how much I was getting going forward. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

Really helped me to consolidate my finances helping me to free up money when I needed it in a change of circumstances. Better than a bank feel it's much safer and better customer experience. Staff are helpful in understanding what is the best options. I was even told paying a little more of loan each month will help reduce interest I pay on loan.
