Intuitive app

I put neutral for customer service because I've never had to reach out to resolve anything so couldn't really venture an opinion! But mostly appreciate an intuitive app and decent interest rates - Chase is simple to use compared to other banking apps, gives you at-a-glance access to accounts and statements, makes it easy to move money and offers good value. I really can't praise them enough...

They offer cash back, pay interest and when I had an issue with a refund from a company that went into liquidation, they handled everything and got my money back.
