Simple Banking with Added Interest

I have been very pleased with my Chase account. I travel a lot and being able to use the account overseas without additional fees or unfavourable exchange rates is great. When there is a query on the account, you don't have to get through 'bots' before communicating with a real person. If there is one minor 'gripe', it's that you can't download the transactions or statements in Excel or CSV format only as a PDF, unless that's user error on my part! Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
