App is very good and very easy to use.

App is very good and very easy to use. If you write down a list of everything that you want a bank to do this bank has already done it for you. With chase the account holder is in a win win situation. With this bank they even pay you to use your own money. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Great app, easy account all round

Great app. Easy to move funds between savings and current accounts, meaning I can maximise interest and keep current account low, reducing fraud risk. This is also a great thing about the numberless debit card. No foreign use fees, and card has always worked, unlike some I have used. Easy to freeze card and see card details in the app. The only worry I have is the app can only be installed on one device, so what happens should that device become unavailable? Impressive rates and user friendly app

A Brilliant Bank

We get 1% cash back on purchases and savings rates are very competitive. They also do a thing called round up it’s like a saving brilliant. When you call they answer in a couple of minutes instead of hanging on the phone for ages.we were involved in a scam against us they sorted it out in a couple of weeks and got a full refund.
