Overall bank account

Good experience

Been with Chase for a few years now, the mobile app it very easy to use , opening new accounts is also a very smooth process. I get clear emails, i have only had to call once and the call was dealt with very quickly. I have accounts with other banks ,but Chase is the best for communications. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

The bank that cares

Excellent customer service, immediate response and very helpful with excellent products and an excellent bonus saver at 5% interest for the first 12 months. My best experience with a bank to date and I am 51 years old. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
