The Chase saver account can be opened with any amount and can have a maximum balance of £1m.

The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

Easy access savings with a decent rate

I only had a basic bank account before Chase came along. Now I can actually have a little money earning some interest at what is a reasonable rate when you consider it is just linked through their current account. It had an opening 1.5% interest which is way better than most banks as it isn't only for the first 12 months then drops to something barely worth mentioning but with the state of the money market at present they have actually already made two increases taking it up to 3%. Knowing if i have any emergency where I may need to dip into my savings and that in less than 1 minute I can access it and have it in my current ready for use is a very big plus.
