The telephone is answered very quickly and any problems dealt with poiitely and efficiently. The website is clever and easy to use. I use Chase for instant access savings and also long...

I use Chase for instant access savings and also longer term savings. They have the facility to set up 'pots' which is really useful and allows me to make sure I my savings goals are easy to keep track of. The interest rates are competitive, and whilst there may be a few organisations with higher rates I can get my money straight away with the accounts I have with Chase. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
