The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

It actually works.

Extremely simple to use app. Great savings rates. The only time things were not right and I had to contact their helpline, an actual person, speaking clear English, answered promptly the phone.
