The customer service experience has been wonderful. Really fast phone response when needed. I would just say I'd like a better online banking / accompanying app experience to mirror how strong the phone communication has been. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Learning about Chetwood's quirks

Chetwood is new to me, and I was attracted by a good interest rate on its Easy Access account. I don't love the one withdrawal limit per day - it seems to be an unnecessary restriction on standard industry practice, but that should be manageable. Withdrawals appear to have taken 2 days to appear in my nominated account, which is not ideal, though the most recent withdrawal arrived next morning. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Excellent rates on ISA

Excellent rates, at the time of writing the best around. Fortunately, I haven't needed to contact their customer support, thus I cannot comment on that. One of the few online banks that can be used without an app (useful for some). Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
