Good account but withdrawals need a day's notice

I was able to get a good savings rate for unlimited withdrawals, and the account was easy to set up. However, I was disappointed to find that withdrawals require a day's notice (or the whole weekend, if requested on a Friday), which means it is not truly 'easy access'.
