Quick account opening and good rates

Account opening has been straightforward and the rates are attractive. The only thing that would make the process better would be to have an app to allow easy access and management of the account. As of yet I've not needed to contact the customer service team so I'm unable to comment on the service Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Webpages clear and visually appealing.Process to open an account really easy. Timely Verification. Emails received. Access to customer service is not automated and was really pleased to speak to as human for a bespoke response . Straightforward, no nonsense online savings

Sign up journey for my Chetwood account was straightforward, and interest rates are excellent. The login process to access the account is a little clunky with the SMS code not compatible with iOS functionality to automatically appear at the top of the keyboard, but a very minor inconvenience. The customer portal provides everything I need it to with no fuss and simple navigation. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Great savings rate with full flexibility

I went with Chetwood to get a place I could stick money that I didn't want to lock up. I didn't want to have to have an app and I wanted a good interest rate. Chetwood ticked all the boxes and I've told my friends and family about it. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
