Savings account user experience

The processes for depositing and withdrawing cash don’t feel as secure as what i’m used to, needing to precisely state my account number EAxyzxyz as the payment reference feels easy for me to mess up while depositing. similarly the delay while withdrawing makes me feel a little queasy as to how client money is being kept separate. An app would be great

A simple to use, friend bank

Safe, good value, and innovative!

I first heard about Chetwood Bank on one of Martin Lewis' articles about the best interest rates on savings accounts. Opening the account was straightforward, as is paying in and withdrawing money. It took a little while to get used to having to wait until the next day to receive withdrawn money, but this is clearly explained before you sign up. Overall, I've been really happy with the communications from Chetwood Bank, their interest rates, and the whole process of opening and maintaining a savings account with them.
