Slow and lumpy

Found operating the account very “ lumpy” , slow and awkward. Operating over just 5 days and slow to move money ( out) Yes it offered good interest but I was so dissatisfied that I closed the account - opening one with slightly lower interest rates. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Waste of my time - pathetic service

I transferred my deposit via the intermediary bank and disovered it had been sent back to my current account. No expanation given, no contact from either the intermediary bank or Chetwwood Bank. A complete waste of my time. I invested my money elsewhere. Even filling in your survey was a hassle as once I got my pass code for verification I lost my original review and the code did not work! Savings account user experience

The processes for depositing and withdrawing cash don’t feel as secure as what i’m used to, needing to precisely state my account number EAxyzxyz as the payment reference feels easy for me to mess up while depositing. similarly the delay while withdrawing makes me feel a little queasy as to how client money is being kept separate. I’m also not a fan of the website UX. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

A simple to use, friend bank

Easy to set up and use, customer service are friendly and knowledgable. Called them today and they answered all my queries and helped me with a transaction. I'm very happy and more than satisfied with Chetwood Bank Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
