I found it very easy to set-up & use the account...

I found it very easy initially to set-up the account and then access and maintain it. I am particularly impressed with the security measures in place when logging-in to your account and find this reassuring and I suspect so with other users or prospective clients. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

A phone APP would be helpful.

Absolutely no complaints!

Absolutely no complaints! Never had to use any customer service, so I can’t say much about that other than assuming the service would be good, but the account was easy to set up and is easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Excellent support to keep clients safe

I had unwittingly made a mistake when making a deposit. Chetwood Bank immediadtely refunded to my original account. I contacted them and I was given a full - and easy - explanation of their systems which ensure your details and your money are always safe. I feel so confident using this bank!
