I found it very easy to set-up & use the account...

I found it very easy initially to set-up the account and then access and maintain it. I am particularly impressed with the security measures in place when logging-in to your account and find this reassuring and I suspect so with other users or prospective clients. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

A phone APP would be helpful.

The only thing that I would prefer would be if there was a phone APP to access the account through, rather than going through a website - it would be easier / more user friendly. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Opening an account was very easy and when I accidentally used the wrong account number when trying to transfer some money customer service were very helpful. I just wish there was an app as well as the website. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
