I have used Chip for various products for a few years now and this is the only one I have a problem with. Their platform... I have used Chip for various products for a few years now and this is the only one I have a problem with. Their platform fee is very high, much higher than another provider I have a similar product with, meaning that my investment went down purely due to this fee! Read more Read less

I have rarely needed support but whenever I have they have been on hand to assist me. The same person has dealt with any issue from when it was raised till the resolution.
