Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

My first loan with Clockwise was a great experience. The process was seamless, and their customer service was both professional and friendly. I’ve got nothing negative to say. The staff are always very friendly & helpful.

The staff are always very friendly & helpful. There is a wide range of products available from loans to savings. Having the loan repayments taken directly out of child benefit payments are very helpful. The only negative is that the rates are very high, especially as it’s mainly lower income families & individuals that use the services. Obviously this group are seen as higher risk so they put high rates on their products. I wish they would be different & charge a lot lower, more inline with what the banks charge.
