Loan seeker

I first came to clockwise seeking a loan when I was 21 because I had moved into my first home and needed to pay for a cooker, washing machine and a fridge freezer. I went into the Leicester offices and couldn’t have asked for better service. Staff where kind and helpful. I paid back the loan and have kept the account to keep money in for emergencies and for keeping money I don’t want to spend separate. 15 years on and still receiving a fantastic service. I love that I can transfer money online and never have any issues with the site which is a huge bonus. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

Less Community Based. Still a Good Service

I've been with them through several iterations and it's taken some getting used to but I'm now appreciating online access. It's still a shame that a service that existed in local communities became a single branch in town and then that reduced its hours though Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
