Joined Clockwise when my old credit union, the Nott'...

Joined Clockwise when my old credit union, the Nott's and Lincs credit union, which I had been in for a number of years whilst at work and after my retirement, closed down. I then joined the Clockwise Credit Union on being recommended by my original credit union before it closed. Very glad I did. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Easy to use website to check interest and manage money. Easy to communicate with support via phone (when open). Was difficult to set up my account - name issues with approval with the 3rd party service they use. and now they don't have my name spelt right but I don't want to face these issues again.
