Loyal as they come and customers are just as loyal in return. Staff are very professional, memorable and trustworthy. It's much better than a bank because I've formed a great working together relationship with staff who ive come into contact with, be it in person, via email or on the phone. I have a savings account with Notts & Lincs Credit Union which I am able to build via salary sacrifice. I am really pleased with the Union: I feel that my money is safe and secure and the app makes it easy to access my account to add a bit extra or withdraw as and when needed.
