Happily content

On renewal my cover went up £40 so very happy, ive heard horra stories of some peoples just about doubling. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Competitive and efficient offering

Comfort were very easy to deal with. I called a few insurance providers when I first got a motorhome and their customer services team were by far the easiest to speak to. The insurance premium was competitive and the cover provided was exactly what I needed. The fact that many other motorhome owners I know recommended Comfort Insurance provided assurance that I would be dealing with a professional outfit. Although I have had no need to make a claim other owners have spoken of a no-hassle approach which also provides comfort. Fantastic Customer Service nothing is too much trouble

Been insured with Comfort Insurance since buying our Motorhome 3 years ago. Rang today to change the motorhome on the 24th, some 7 days from renewal, excellent customer service, email confirmation cam through whilst still on the phone, very happy with premium & cover. Excellent service with a smile

Great price, excellent customer services

4 years we have owned a motor home, comfort was the insurance we chose after recommendations from friends, and after shopping around worked our the cheapest, I have rang the customer services seven times and received excellent service from friendly staff. Good customer service

I have been with comfort for many years and have had good renewal quotes until this year - it increased by over £100. Unfortunately, I had to claim for an awning last year which is probably why Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Exceptional customer service

I felt there was nothing that was too much trouble, we are new to campervaning and having made a bog outlay, we were reassured by the helpful salesperson. They went out of their way to explain every aspect of the policy the were trying to sell us. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
