There is and has always been support at the heart of what they do. Being able to contact someone who will actually help and not pass you on down the line is invaluable. The automated help messaging function is excellent, as to are the date reminders for milestones. On the few occasions I have had to message the team for a human response it has been quick and informative. I am very happy using Counting Up invoicing, which is straight forward and professional.
