II like counting up for their income and expenditure list. Which makes it easier to categorise expenditure. They make it very easy to view and download statements. Which is important to me. I have only needed to contact them a couple of times. I believe my questions were answered promptly. This was a few years ago. I have been with Counting Up for several years.
