I have been using covered2go for over 2 years now and unfortunately have had to make two claims due to sudden illness onset. I found it quick and easy to talk to someone to gain advice and to understand my options. All people I spoke to were patient and kind and helpful. They even followed up to check on me a couple of times. The claim form is thorough in what is requested however the online form is easy to use and easy to submit. You gain a confirmation of receipt and are given a timeline for when your claim will be reviewed and outcome provided. The claim was settled as per the timeline provided. I highly recommend them. My friend who used another provider had a 12 month lengthy and stressful claim process. I was completed in 6-8 weeks. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Does what states on the tin

Made a holiday a road and as we've never been to that country we've decided to have an insurance as well. We haven't had any problems at all so we haven't used out insurance but at least we had the piece of mind that in case of a bad situation we were covered. Bought the Premium offer and wasn't expensive as I was thinking. Will buy again on the next one. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
