We have used Covered2Go for a number of years and have just had to make a cancellation claim when my wife was taken ill at Manchester Airport. The process was very smooth and speedy and we have just been advised that the claim will be paid in full (subject to the appropriate excess). The quotes for annual cover (Europe, Worldwide inc USA and Cruise) have always been very competitive. Reviewed on: 19th August 2019

Caring Covered2go

I have been with Covered2go for the last few years, you do not know how good your insurance company is till you make a claim. I had a family Bereavement 5days before I was due to travel, I phoned them up explains what had happened and the operator was so empathic to my situation and extremely helpful. My claim was sorted out very quickly, efficiently and all stages were fully explained. This is why I am still with them you can’t beat excellent customer service. Well done to Covered2go. Really great service

I was sick on a cruise and although we covered my medical problems we had not taken out cruise insurance . We did not realise this until we came home. On contacting the firm we were treated with consideration and every thing was explained. When I was sick on the ship it was nothing to do with my medical problems and Covered2go payed paid my medical bill. We will certainly be using this company again. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

I needed holiday insurance for myself and travelling partner ... I searched many different insurance companies on line but found muddled descriptions on confusing web pages .
