Not so good for medical conditions

I have taken out annual travel insurance because I was happy with the easy to use website and flexibility of cover options when I took out a single trip policy last year.Tried to get cover for my Mum with a few major medical conditions, but found the experience much more complicated and less transparent. Ended up going to Saga in the end. Not had to make a claim but suspect that a claim would possibly be as difficult as trying to get cover for pre-existing medical cover. Hopefully won’t find out. As a senior, it’s great to be able to talk to someone rather than have to go on line to get travel insurance. Staff are always helpful and friendly and prices are reasonable. I’ve been with them since I turned 70! Reviewed on: 7th July 2018
