I had contacted you several times as was unsure whether our travel policy covered our requirements. When Mikhala replied I found her explanation very straight forward and as a result this eased my doubts. Dreadful

Their sales service is excellent. Once they have your money, they don't want to know. I've been trying to make a claim for over a year now and they just keep sending me round in circles asking for the same paperwork that I've already sent twice. Next stop - the regulator. Reviewed on: 13th May 2021

Terrible Service - Basically Fraud

We booked our holiday and paid for travel insurance at the start of January. We wanted to make a claim for our holiday, as Government guidelines advise against non-essential travel, and due to the fact we have to quarantine/self-isolate in Greece for 7 days (which is the length of our holiday) and quarantine/self-isolate on the return for 14 days in the UK - this ruins our holiday and will financially effect our work when returning. CoverForYou are not interested in this and we are not covered for anything if it is considered a 'pandemic'. Terrible insurance company, not living up to the 5 star defaqto rating that they have. rip off on refunds due to virus

this company will only refund 50% of an unused single trip policy , during this pandemic , they say they will move your policy forward , to another date , well thats impossible at the moment as we just dont know , their policy will cover nurses and all other key workers , shame on them and ceo Neil Wright Reviewed on: 14th April 2020
