I had to call ' cover for you' to make some changes. Am so glad I did. The advisor read through the policy and I realised ide put our medical conditions against the wrong person ( whoops) . She went on to read through everything to make sure no more errors were made, and I understood the terminology of each condition.. thank you Libby. We can go on our holiday knowing all is covered. My referral to an agent due to a pre diagnosed medical condition was deal with speedily and efficiently, I was also added to a loyalty scheme I was unaware of and benefitted to a discount… the whole process was smooth and very well handled. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

I had contacted you several times as was unsure whether our travel policy covered our requirements. When Mikhala replied I found her explanation very straight forward and as a result this eased my doubts.
