Although i have not needed to make a claim thankfully, the application for getting cycle insurance was easy and very straight forward to complete. It gave you a wealth of information about policies, and was clear about what is and is not covered, even had a plethora of optional extras. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

Though I’ve had very little contact with the company, I’ve got a great deal, fitting my needs perfectly( im careful, though, and appreciate their suggestions to make my bike safer from theft).They keepn in touch, too,which nis reassuring. And all for £5.99 a month. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
