Not had to use the insurance yet and lets hope it isn't needed. In one sense it gives you some peace of mind when you own an expensive E-bike. On the worrying side there is a lot of small print, rules / requirements that make me wonder if that would used to the nth degree to prevent a claim. There was lack of knowledge or interest from customer service when I asked them about my E-bikes power rating and legalities to meet their insurance requirements. .I gave them the make and model and they would not comment. The only decent reviews will be from people who have had to make a claim. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
