Empathetic claims handling

Had an accident resulting in a stay in hospital. Made a claim for my injuries and explained I had not been able to inspect the bike for damage. Claims handler took details and agreed to log them in case a subsequent claim for bike damage was required. Was advised it would not be a problem to make a later claim. Was grateful for the empathy and understanding during the claims process which was very simple. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

I have only recently returned to cycling after many years and found some aspects of the recreation somewhat more complex than I remember from years ago.
