I have had my ebike insured for more than a year now with “cycleplan”. When I first set the policy up the information provided was excellent and I found the cost to be very reasonable. Luckily I've not had to use cycle plan insurance yet but whenever I've renewed my policy they have pointed me in the right direction & have been extremely knowledgeable, polite & obviously want the best for their customers. I'm a nurse and cycle to work. I had just bought a new bike and needed insurance immediately. Cycleplan website was very easy to use and I was able to pick cover that suited me.
