We were referred by a friend who got their incentive payout , so it all works! It was easy to get a quote & that was very reasonable. Emails regarding renewal were sent out in advance which is always good . The policy was very straightforward to understand, very clear of what standards of security needed to be met . The cover and cost are excellent value for money and I have great peace of mind that I am covered for loss, public liability and accidents including my accessories like my Garmin Varia cameras/lights and Thule panniers. You do need to have Gold or Diamond approved security but if you want to keep your bike you would be already buying top security locks anyway. Honestly at this cost, cycle insurance should be a legal requirement just like motor vehicles. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
