Account is easy to manage

Account was easy to open in the first instance and it has been easy to move to new ISA issues as the interest rates changed. Also easy to take out funds when needed. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Straightforward, secure and fair

It was easy to open my Cynergy Cash ISA account, I know that my money is safe and that the interest rate is competitive. I was able to use their app to transfer funds out of an old Cynergy savings account where the interest rate was lower, and close it. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

'Top-draw' Service and products alike

Very underrated bank - whether you are looking for the most up to date on-line capabilities or a friendly voice to walk you through stuff, this is the place. Customer service is hugely important to me and would forgive certain facets of a business if this is strong - in this case no need for forgiveness; there is a strong choice of accounts and investments for both the basic saver and more specialised investor and then everything is done so easily.
