Cynergy Bank complaint team has been very difficult to get through to as they do not have an option to speak to them and have never listened to my issues regarding my complaint and just feel let down by Cynergy Bank will be leaving Cynergy Bank as soon as fixed term finishes. I have been with Cynergy bank for a few years now and have experienced excellent customer service, you can speak to people instead of a machine, good interest rates compared to other banks.
