I find on the phone they are helpful and their attit...

I find on the phone they are helpful and their attitude and customer service is excellent. I did have an issue when a policy lapsed and for a period I was out of cover as my automatic renewal did not kick in. I wish they had been more proactive in contacting me at that time as although they have honoured my no claims - there was a period when I was uninsured. Reviewed on: 12th September 2024
