Happy with drafty

I'm overall happy with my experience with drafty. The only problem I am having is trying to change my bank details. I switched bank accounts and couldn't change my detail on the drafty website so phoned them and was told they would only change my bank detail if I sent a 3 months bank statement to them, how can I send them a statement with 3 months if I've just opened the account. That's the only problem I've encountered everything else has been a simple process. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2017
