Who knew buying insurance would be so fun and hassle-free?!

I rang Dreamsaver wedding insurance and was immediately put through to a lovely lady (I think she was called Sarah). She explained the policy in detail and fully answered my concerns. She also managed to make me laugh while telling me the story of her brother's wedding! Brilliant customer service and such a welcome change to be put through to a UK based customer advisor who wanted to help me find the best possible policy for mine and my fiance's forthcoming wedding. Insurance was one of those things I was putting off, but she made it a great experience, put a massive smile on my face and made me laugh a lot. I now feel relieved in the knowledge that we're fully covered for the wedding. I love how Dreamsaver also cover for wedding deposits made before the insurance was taken out, as many other insurers don't. Overall I'm really glad I chose Dreamsaver and will definitely recommend you to my engaged friends! Reviewed on: 12th October 2016

Brilliant cover and service

My wedding plans had a couple of hiccups and neither were a problem for the customer service team. The bridal shop I bought my wedding gown from went into receivership. It had my money and I had no gown. Dream saver helped me with advice on how to get my money back through the credit card. Then we had to delay the wedding due to my sister and I both getting cancer. Dream saver were so helpful and understanding in adjusting the policy. I got well though my sister passed away, and 2 years after the original wedding date we are now actually getting married.
