Good customer service

One of the few insurance companies offering wedding insurance at the time, which we needed to cover the marquee that we hired. I contacted customer service to check whether generators were covered under our insurance, which they weren't. This wasn't a problem for us but if buying the insurance it needs to be kept in mind. Excellent peace of mind and value for money

Very helpful staff

Ours was a slightly unusual situation as we were getting married in Jersey, which (strictly speaking) could fall outside the covered territories.
