Great insurance and customer service

I've just renewed my landlord insurance with Endsleigh as I've been very happy with the insurance and the person I spoke to was well informed and helpful Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

No issues so far

I found Endsleigh website easy enough to use when purchasing my LL insurance policies. I then had to cancel one of the policies as we sold the property. Spoke to a very friendly agent to arrange the refund. However it was the spurious "charges" when cancelling that bemused me. Everything is electronic these days so not sure how they can be justified. However what there was left of the premium was refunded within days as promised. Well done Endsleigh. I'm giving 4 stars as so far I've never had to claim. That is the acid test for me so I will only ever rate 5 stars if / when I make a claim, the claim is processed quickly and I don't get penalised at renewal time!! Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Friendly, helpful, and affordable cover

I have always found getting and renewing insurance with Endsleigh to be a relatively hassle-free experience. They offer good value for both student and landlord insurance, and I have always found their staff friendly and very helpful. I have been very satisfied using Endsleigh for the last decade. Always there

I've been with Endsleigh on an off over the years from my days as a student to now having my landlords insurance with them. I have generally engaged with them on the phone and all their assistance have been nothing but helpful, thorough, polite and friendly. Fast, efficient, fair

Easy to set up or renew a policy whether online or speaking to one of their friendly staff. Have been with Endsleigh for many years now and despite what people say my premiums have gone down! No plans to move. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Best Landlord cover

I've been a landlord for 26 years, and been with most of the usual insurers. Endsleigh seem more like specialists than the others, and understand house sharing issues. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
