Brilliant

I have insured my rental property with Endsleigh for 15 years as they provide a good choice of types of cover that suit my situation. The Customer Service team are very helpful and efficient. The icing on the cake has been the substantial reduction in premium from renegotiating the underwriting. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Very convenient and helpful

I've been with Endsleigh for around 8 years and in all my interactions they have been extremely helpful and responsive. Their customer service reps know the products and are able to solve problems by making helpful suggestions - this is more unique than it ought to be! I feel the landlord's insurance is a particularly thoughtful product providing cover for exactly what landlords want to have covered. It's therefore cost-effective because you don't have to ask for additional cover outside the standard - it's all there already. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Competitive covers and no nonsense service

Service delivery is outstanding compared to others. Wait times are short, staff are pleasant and knowledgeable on products otherwise they will redirect immediately to appropriate specialist. I've always liked dealing with Endsleigh as there is no phaffing about they just deliver the goods without fanfare. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Painless insurance
