Outstanding

I unfortunately had a claim during my insurance year and quite honestly I was dealt with professionally and efficiently they dealt with everything and made sure I was aware of exactly what was going on Reviewed on: 25th September 2017

Simple and Helpful

Nobody likes buying insurance but especially when going to uni with lots of people moving in and out of student accommodation and areas you work there is always a risk for things to go missing or get damaged. After someone recomended endsleigh to me I simply and in a relatively short time filled out my details and added the higher value items separately such as laptops phones etc reassured me that everything I was taking to uni would be covered and safe. Mid way through my policy I needed to add another new item after my birthday and called them up and they were able to add that item to the cover immediately couldn’t have been easier in my opinion. Would definitely recommend their services to all university students as they provide a simple to understand website and give you loads of reminders about offers and when your policy is about to expire. Nothing is ever too much trouble

Always receive amazing service when I have ever encountered a problem - nothing seems like it is too much trouble. The live chat is amazing too, stops the hassle of being put on hold and if they need to ring you they ring you within the hour!! Highly recommend Reviewed on: 25th September 2017
