fantastic, friendly and reliable service - 5 stars

always felt like a very valued customer. Any time I have ever had to call, I have always been greeted with a friendly, helpful voice. Nothing is too much of a problem. Wouldn't look elsewhere for my insurance. Very open and honest with payments. Honestly fantastic Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Insurance review

Very easy to set up

great service and reasonably priced

I booked my student insurance with Endsleigh which involves contents insurance, rent & tuition fee insurance and legal expenses insurance. Great service through hard times

With everything going on during lockdown and companies finding it hard to adjust, Endsleigh didn't seem affected at all. They were quick to respond to my claim and helped me through the whole process. Got a new laptop a day later and zero stress for me! Thank you Reviewed on: 28th July 2020

Great customer service

When I was looking to cancel my insurance due to changing my car, they managed to quote to add my car on and check their new business rates within 5 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t stay with Endsleigh, but due to their customer service I will definitely be re-quoting with them again at renewal and beyond. Reviewed on: 17th July 2020

Easy and confident insurance

It was really easy to sign up and sort out a plan that was right for me. It continued automatically so I didn't need to renew it myself. And it was easy to cancel when I left university. I felt safer for having it! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2019
