Enterprise credit union 10/10.

The staff in the Huyton store are always 10/10. They go above and beyond, they’re welcoming they work hard and most of all they are all extremely trustworthy at the jobs they do. Enterprise Credit Union are absolutely amazing!

Enterprise Credit Union are absolutely amazing! The people who work there are always so friendly and kind when speaking to them on the phone and always help straight away. I can’t honestly recommend them enough. The app is also easy to use. So many ways to contact them as well and ask the chat robot anything. Always been so easy to use and so kind. Excellent service

Talked me through the process made sure I understood it all. It was very straightforward and helped greatly by being able to do all the paperwork on line. staff were knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and made sure it was clear at every step. They were also friendly, and polite. I feel confident that when I contact them I will get the best assistance possible. Really helped me out a loan for 2 holidays I have this year.Shoutout too Shirley for being really helpful and very understanding with all this.She really did go above and beyond also the young girl I dealt with on reception was lovely I can't remember her name sorry,she was so helpful when I had too go too the shop as my email was playing up.Id highly recommend the huyton branch for loans or even savings.As I watched them deal with other customers and they were so friendly and helpful.Cant thank them enough Reviewed on: 30th June 2026

Quick, simple, easy, effective.

When I first applied it was quick and simple... since then I have been able to top up my loan with ease via the app or with a quick phone call. The customer service advisors and brilliant and go through everything in detail so you are aware of everything. I will continue to use ECU as it is great. Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
