Got a loan twice from them and always had a good experience both times. Customer service was straight forward, quick, friendly and always informative. Not only do you get a loan and pay it back but they also put a savings away for you as the same time. It's amazing. They always keep customers up to date with anything that's going on with prizes to win another example they always inform us of times and days before bank holidays to get in contact as they are closed on bank holidays most companies do not tell you before hand, you just call and get no answer. Best in the city

There down to earth and always putting there customers first, always there with a helping hand and to always listen, they make sure everyone gets there fair share, nothing is ever to hard for them, I have been to other credit unions and nothing tops this one, they are absolutely fantastic and I have recommended them and will continue to do so Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
