Dividends are paid annually, based on Enterprise Credit Union savings balances. Withdrawals and deposits can be made directly to and from your bank account and you get life cover added at no extra cost.

Brilliant service. Excellent customer service. My credit rating is excellent i mean 678 out of 700 and yet my bank wouldn't loan me £2000 for a bereavement i never even got to speak to a person it was all electronic bot. In the end I didn't need it. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I’ve been with them over 10 years, and I get money deposited straight to them into my own savings account. Which means I don’t see the money or have to remember to pay in anything as it’s all done for me. As I have built up time with them, the amount you can borrow back increases, which helps for emergency situations or things like Christmas. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

ECU - A Great Way to Bank

I’ve always received excellent customer service. I use online banking app. It’s safe, convenient and easy to navigate. Funds are transferred to your nominated bank account either on the day or next working day depending on when you make your request. I save regularly through deductions from my salary. For me this’s is a fantastic way to put money aside. If I didn’t have this option it would have been too easy to miss or reduce payments . This is one of the main reasons that convinced me to open an account. Another reason was the decent interest rates compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
