Great products, communication and customer service

Pleased to find a credit union, which is helping my local area. The savings rates were attractive to me. I was able to easily become a member, by entering my details online. I then received a call to confirm my requirements. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and arranged to ring me back at a convenient time. Have lived up to all they promised. Communication with them has been great, am able to able to speak to a person promptly, without the faceless automated telephone options. They regularly keep customers updated, without being intrusive. Enterprise Credit Union are great to deal with and it feels like you are part of their extended family. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

I have had an account with the credit union for 20years, it is a great way to save and plan for Special birthdays, weddings and any inconvenience like a broken down car . Enterprise credit union is accessible in person or by phone and they offer a very efficient service., usually if I leave a message I am contacted the same day. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025
