Friendly & Approachable.

Staff are so friendly and approachable. They are helpful and very understanding. They will help you as much as possible. I had a problem accessing my account online, I rang the office to explain what was happening and they immediately transferred my money after a few security questions and said they would sort the problem with the computer team.
