Helpful staff able to answers detailed questions about T&C's, and an unusually simple and helpful chatbot service that has been recently upgraded. New savings products offer market equalling returns for large savers, and a low starting threshold for those with less money available to save thus attracting necessary investment AND acting as a helpful psychological nudge for those who may not be regular savers but really need to be. I joined ECU in 2020 at a strange time, having realised I didn’t have a safety net for whatever could come my way in life. The team helped me get started with regular savings and put something aside for the future. Now I’ve built up savings I never thought I’d be able to achieve.
