I have had a few issues at the start with my Vitality/Afford It Now accounts, but the good thing is that the team is very reactive and corrects the initial mistakes quickly. I do not have any problems anymore, the payments are taken automatically without issues, and there is enough information given back to me to know where I am at with my payments at all times. It was so easy to get set up for paying off both of my Apple Watch and Amazon Prime accounts.. of which these guys work in partnership with vitality so that I actually pay for the device & service with exercise!
